Denco Sales strives to provide premier support for its equipment and software customers. One year of
free phone support is included with most equipment and software sales. In order to provide the best
support for current customers, there are certain limits on the equipment that we can support. Check
here for a list of supported products.

Customers who purchased their equipment from other vendors or customers’ equipment that has passed
the useful life expectancy will have to purchase phone or onsite support. Phone support is available for
$75 per incident. As this equipment is past its useful life or if the customer was not trained by Denco on
proper maintenance and care of these products, we are not able to offer a guarantee as to the
outcome of the support call. You will be billed for any support given. If onsite service is needed, a
Denco Tech will be dispatched at the current hourly rate plus travel fees and the phone support fee will
be waived. If onsite service is declined or if the phone support rep determines that the problem is
beyond the scope of phone support, or if the phone support rep solves the problem, the customer will
be billed.
