I have been in the printing industry for 33 years, with the majority of my background in conventional sheetfed printing. In 1985 I took a job at Communigraphics which was the premier print shop in Denver. For the first few years I was a press operator on 4, 5 and 6 color Heidelberg's with inline coaters. In 1991 I was promoted to Pressroom Manager and really dove into quality control and color management in order to produce the highest quality printing possible and be the leader in the Denver market. Around 1997 the company was bought by Cenveo, who had 85 companies across the US. I did a bunch of traveling to the other companies instilling best practices, color management and quality control. In 2006 I made a move to National Hirshfeld printing as Plant Manager running the operations, streamlining the business for efficiencies and improving profitability. In late 2009 I was asked to help build a digital print company, and with that being the way printing was headed I jumped at the opportunity. From late 2009 through mid 2015, we built Sign Language from a startup business to a thirteen million dollar company. Then in July 2015 I made a move to Denco Sales, which was my number one vendor for supplies while I was at Sign Language. Denco was an intregral part in the growth of Sign Language from day one as they partnered with us, and I wanted to be part of that team. I was hired as the Tech Support Business Development Manager to put SOP's in place and build the tech department into the industry leader for technical support. The Denco tech team across all the branches is by far the best, and I am proud to work with such amazing dedicated people who truly care about all of our customers and strive to keep your printing equipment running in top shape. The Tech Support Team is 100% dedicated to be the best and we strive for perfection. If there is anything we can do better, please feel free to contact me via email with your ideas at rong@dencosales.com.

My wife and I have 5 amazing kids that we couldn't be more proud of, and they are all becoming amazing adults. Besides traveling and family time I have two passions outside of work. I have been raising and breeding exotic Boa Constrictors for many years which I absolutely love, and I play in an 80's Rock cover band on the weekends. We have been fortunate to open up for a lot of great national acts that I was a huge fan of back in the day, such as Slaughter, Kix, Great White, Faster Pussycat and Danger Danger to name just a few.
