POWERFLEX^TM Neon Power Pro Sign Cable

POWERFLEX^TM is not GTO, it is Neon Sign Cable. It has been tested to meet the standards required for GTO-15 and has also passed all tests required for liquid-tight metallic conduit and fittings. This testing includes environmental, mechanical, and electrical per UL Standard 814 for GTO, 360 for Liquid Tight Flexible Steel Conduit and 514B for Fittings for cable and conduit. These include, but are not limited to: UV, water absorption, crush, flame, impact and shock hazard tests.

POWERFLEX^TM is manufactured in 4 major designs:

· NSC/NSC: Grounded threaded fittings on both ends for use with Channel Letters.

· NSC/NGL: Grounded threaded fitting on one end, ground wire on the other end for use with Channel Letters.

· NSC: Grounded threaded fitting on one end only for use with Border Tube applications.

· NGL: Grounded wire one end only or in the middle only for use with Border Tube applications.

PRODUCT FEATURES:

The outer yellow jacket of the POWERFLEX^TM Neon Sign Cable can be painted for aesthetic purposes.
Conduit not required in any application.
Built-in ground path, no additional ground wiring required.
Can be painted with latex based paint (except for black), for aesthetic purposes.
Listed for exterior application.
POWERFLEX^TMcan be used in areas that do not require UL conformance and UL Listed signs and will function perfectly with transformers that do not have ground fault protection. (AS WELL AS UL 2161 COMPLIANT INSTALLATIONS)
The Neon Power Pro Systems UL Listing allows for cable to be installed without any clearance requirements. For example, the cable can lay in the bottom of a raceway or multiple Neon Power Pro Cables can be bundled together without any clearance requirements to the outer yellow jacket.
When used to pre-wire channel letters, can reduce field installation time by as much as 40%.

Note: It is recommended on all applications that transformer leads be kept as short as possible.
